My baking journey began almost four years ago at the start of 2021! Like everyone else, I was trying to find my way back to normalcy in the wake of the Pandemic. And with extra time on my hands, I decided to entertain a small but persistent desire in my heart: to bake a chocolate cake. One chocolate cake turned into chocolate soufflés, eclairs, flan, and pretty much any recipe that I thought could challenge my skills as a baker and could potentially result in a delicious experiment!
What started as a fun hobby blossomed into a true passion for baking and deepened my relationship with Jesus! Becoming a self-taught baker demands a lot of faith, trust, and patience—“Slow and Steady Wins the Race” has become my guiding motto! Through trial and error, I’ve learned valuable lessons along the way, and I want to use this space to share my successes and challenges. My hope is to inspire other self-taught and home bakers on their own journeys!
